At Tempered Soul Creations, LLC (TSC), customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds for our products:

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement within seven (7) days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Original packaging must be included.

A 10% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns that are not related to defects or errors on our part.

Return shipping is free for approved returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Your name and order number.
  2. A description of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  3. Photos of the item and its condition upon receipt.

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • Please do not return any items without first contacting us, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page).
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit, as detailed below.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your bank or credit card account due to processing times.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at [email protected].



Store Credit

If you are not eligible for a refund but still qualify for a return (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be issued as a digital code once your return is processed and approved.

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  • Non-transferability: Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original purchase are not eligible for store credit unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item:

  1. Follow the return process for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
